Summary statistics for the interaction effects of genetic variants and fish oil supplementation on four blood lipids,including low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL), total cholesterol (Tot_Chol), and triglycerides (TAGs). The summary statstics were obtained in a meta-analysis of UK Biobank and ARIC. 

Related to the manuscript, "Genome-wide association study of fish oil supplementation on lipid traits in 81,246 individuals reveals new gene-diet interaction loci" by Francis et al.
