Jamie Ropelewski, an undergraduate researcher in the lab, graduated in December 2019 with a BS in Genetics. Jamie had a strong interest in both nutrition and genetics, which aligned well with our lab's research focus. While in the lab, Jamie performed bioinformatics and evolutionary analysis on the metabolism of Vitamin A. Jamie is preparing to go to medical school to become an anesthesiologist. We wish her the best of luck in all future endeavors.
