Ye Lab @ ASHG 2022
October 31, 2022
The 2022 Annual Meeting for the American Society of Human Genetics (ASHG) was held in Los Angeles, CA from Oct 25 to Oct 29. It is the biggest human genetics conference, with 7,000 registrants this year. It is the first in-person ASHG conference for our graduate students. Yitang, Shuang, and Huifang had poster presentations. We all had a great time enjoying the great science and meeting friends.

Nuno Carvalho was a Young Dawg (high-school intern) in the lab in Summer 2020. He is now an undergrad at Georgia Tech and works in the Joe Lachance lab. Nuno's research was featured in a talk by his advisor (The genetic architecture of complex traits and its relevance to polygenic score performance and divergence).
